This has also led to a lot of new device intelligence in identifying users with multiple devices and more closely associating users with devices, software, and departments in the organisation. We like the automated reporting of usage data and the functionality that Sassafras gives us to help us with good ITAM practices.

The program is about as easy as it can get. Setting up the server and controlling programs was incredibly easy. I had it working with programs inside an hour.
