Over the years we’ve been given feedback about confusing terminology. You say “utilization”, we say “usage”. We’ve always had some parts of the interface that we thought were quite clear, such as the words Program/Product/Policy and Purchase. But we think we can do better. We’d like to offer a Preview of our new naming conventions.
