Run this version check to compare your admin and server components to the latest release – older component releases may no longer be accurately described by the current online documentation. If there are particular topics or questions that you cannot find answers for in the Getting Started manual or in the online help documents, first make sure your are working with the latest documentation and the latest component revisions. The three most important objects that KeyServer keeps track of are Programs, Licenses, and Computers. Each has its own window. They are:
Double clicking on an item in one of these three windows will bring up a details window, where more details about the item can be seen and configured.
KeyConfigure also has a powerful set of internal reports. These pages describe the reports, as well as how to configure them:
The remaining four main windows and the corresponding details are just as powerful, but will likely be used for more advanced or specialized tasks.
