Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service

 

Duties include:

• responding to inquiries for product information

• servicing customer and reseller requests

• filling daily orders

• invoicing and managing receivables

Requirements:

• Computer literacy

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent

• Experience in a comparable position is a plus

A basic understanding of networks and familiarity with both Windows and Macintosh is a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong listening skills and an aptitude for communicating technical information through email and telephone support calls. Product purchasing options and technical details must be explained concisely and with professional courtesy.

Opportunities exist for personal/professional development in additional skill areas, including product testing, documentation, and preparation of sales or marketing literature. Trade show support including occasional travel is possible. Such additional opportunities can be pursued as interest, motivation, and time allow.
